Beginning this weekend, many holiday-related events will be popping up around North Cheatham County.


Pleasant View


Christmas in the Village- December 3, 2021 from 5PM-9PM

The Pleasant View Village.


Town of Pleasant View Christmas Parade- December 4, 2021 at 10AM

This year's parade is themed "Down Home Country Christmas." Grand marshals are Bruce and Liz Drake.


Pleasant View Jeepers Toy Drive- December 4, 2021 at 10AM

Jeeps will be collecting toys at the Pleasant View Christmas Parade. They are accepting donations of NEW toys, hats, gloves, and coats. Hold your donations up to the Jeeps and your items will be collected by Boy Scouts.


Livery Stables Holiday Gift Show- December 4, 2021 from 8AM-12PM

Shop small businesses and local vendors for a wide variety of Christmas gift options.


Hampton Inn Pet Parade- December 4, 2021 from 11AM-3PM

This first-ever local event is free for spectators to see some "paw-sitively" awesome pets dressed in their holiday best. Enjoy perusing pet-related vendors, grab a bite or a steaming cup of cocoa from their Hot Dog Bar, or purchase some Fido-friendly or human treats at the bake sale. Pleasant View Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony- December 5, 2021

A family night with a tree lighting, hot chocolate and cider and carols.


Blossom's Florist Christmas Open House- December 11, 2021 from 9AM-4PM

Shop an array of holiday gifts with sales and promotions. 6307 Highway 41A.


Santa Comes to Local Neighborhoods- December 11. 2021 from 10AM to 5PM

Love Pleasant View's 5th Annual Christmas Light Contest- December 1-15

Ashland City


Town of Ashland City Christmas Parade- December 4, 2021 at 5PM

This year's parade, located on Main Street, is themed "A Disney Christmas." There is only Santa Claus in the parade, and he will be riding on the Goldstar Realty float- so keep a look out! Grand marshal of the parade is Judge Bill Stinnett. For those not able to attend in person, it will be live-streamed on the Town’s Facebook page.


Lighting of Mistletoe Trail- December 4, 2021 from 6:30PM

Mistletoe Trail is a festive display of live Christmas trees. Intended to promote community, each tree is sponsored and decorated by a local business, group, or family. The public gets to enjoy the festive Christmas tree trail at Riverbluff park, and vote for their favorite.


Movie in the Park- December 4, 2021 at 7PM

The Christmas movie 'Elf" will be the feature. This event is held at Riverbluff Park.


Toy Drive- December 4, 2021 from 10Am-2PM (Cheatham County Courthouse)

Bring a new and unwrapped children's toy to donate to local children in need. Santa will be on site!
