Tristin Franklin Memorial 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run Set for November

Pleasant View, TN – The community will come together this fall to honor the memory of Tristin Franklin, a beloved student-athlete, with the inaugural Tristin Franklin Memorial 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run. The event will take place on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at Pleasant View Community Park.

The timed 1-mile run will begin at 8:00 a.m., followed by the 5K at 8:30 a.m. Runners and walkers alike are encouraged to participate in celebrating Tristin’s life and his passion for running.

All proceeds from the event will benefit the Tristin Franklin Foundation, established in his honor to support and equip Cheatham County student-athletes.

“This race is about more than running — it’s about remembering Tristin and carrying forward the love and dedication he brought to his team and community,” organizers shared.
