State Rep. Littleton to Speak at GOP Monthly Meeting


State Representative Mary Littleton of District 78


Tonight, State Representative Mary Littleton of District 78 will be speaking at the Cheatham County GOP (Republican party) meeting. The meeting, set for Thursday, October 21, will be held at Sycamore Square in the David Mccullough Community Room located at 334 Frey Street in Ashland City. The meeting will begin at 6:00PM.

Representative Littleton serves as chair for the Children and Family Affairs Subcommittee, and is a Member of the Civil Justice Committee, the Corrections Subcommittee, the Government Operations Committee, the State Government Committee, and Joint Education, Health and General Welfare.


Representative Littleton has served as a House member of the 108th through 112th General Assemblies. She serves on the Tennessee’s Safe Baby Court Advisory Committee, the North Cheatham Civitan, Cheatham County Kiwanis, Cheatham County Community Foundation, 23rd District Judicial Child Advocacy Board, Member of the Cheatham County and Dickson County Chamber of Commerce, Dickson High Noon Rotary, NRA, and Human Trafficking Advisory Council.


Littleton also holds the honor of Tennessee GOP SEC for the 25th District, 2001 Statement of the Year award and Tennessee GOP Vice Chair. Representative Littleton has four children, five grandchildren and is a member of the Church of Christ.
