On February 19, 2022, Creek Wood High School hosted the TSSAAA Division 1 4A Boys High School Wrestling Sectional Tournament. The top four placers in each weight class advance to the TSSAA State Wrestling Tournament at the Williamson County Agriculture Center, taking place February 24-26.
The Section 4 schools include Bolton, Cheatham County Central, Creek Wood, East Nashville Magnet, Fairview, Glencliff, Harpeth, Hillwood, Humme-Fogg Academic Magnet, Martin Luther king, Millington Central, Montgomery Central, Munford, Pear Cohn, and Sycamore High School.

The top placers who advanced from Cheatham County Central High are Aden Alvarez, 2nd place132 lbs; Spencer Hendrix, 2nd place 152 lbs; Daniel White, 4th place 160 lbs; Ian Reed, 3rd place 182 lbs; and Landon Morris, 2nd place 195 lbs.

The top placers who advanced from Sycamore High are Preston Castleberry, 4th place 113 lbs; Trey Moreland, 4th place 120 lbs; Dylan Davenport, 1st place 126 lbs; Dalen Kimble, 1st place 138 lbs; Luke London, 1st place 145 lbs; Logan Heckert, 1st place 160 lbs; Nate Thorbjornsen, 4th place 182 lbs; and Evan Dixon, 2nd place 285 lbs.
Sycamore High continued the team dominance by taking the first place TSSAA Sectional Team Trophy just as they had for the regionals.
