School Board Updates Public Forum Procedures

The Cheatham County School Board has made a change to the public forum at board meetings.


Individuals wishing to speak may only comment on issues that are on the current board agenda. Those wishing to do so will need to complete a form and submit it to the board secretary no less than three business days prior to the board meeting in order to speak during the forum.


The board meetings are held on the first Thursday of the month at 6 p.m. at the Board Annex located at 104 Elizabeth St. in Ashland City; the community is encouraged to participate.


Board agendas are posted seven days before the meeting and are available on the district's website, www.cheathamcountyschools.net.
