Tuesday, January 19, 2021, Cheatham County Central High Cubs Wrestling hosted East Robertson and Northwest Clarksville High School for Senior Night. Honored Seniors were Timmy Kern, Savannah Hires, and Lauren Albert.
Cheatham County outscored East Robertson by a score of 48-18, and Northwest by a score of 46-33. Cheatham County was led by Junior Danny White with two pinfalls. Cheatham County girls fell to the Northwest girls with a final score 12-24. The girls were led by Freshman Amanda Thomason with 2 pinfalls for the evening.

On Saturday, January 23, freshman, JV, and lady wrestlers from Sycamore and Cheatham County Central High Schools participated in the MTWOA (Middle Tennessee Wrestling Official Association ) wrestling tournament at Nolensville High School. A total of 69 teams participated in the tournament.
Individual results for those finishing in the top four of their respective divisions and weight classes were as follows:
Freshman division: Sycamore - Trey Moreland (113 lbs) 2nd place and Dylan Davenport (126 lbs) 3rd place. Cheatham County Central - Adan Alvarez (126 lbs) 4th place.
JV division: Sycamore - James Vaughn (126 lbs) 3rd place and Nathan Thorbjornson (160 lbs) 3rd place. Cheatham County Central - Owen Carney (126 lbs) 4th place, Spencer Hendrix (145 lbs) 1st place, Daniel White (145 lbs) 4th place, Timmy Kern (170 lbs) 3rd place, and Ian Reed (170 lbs) 4th place.
