PVCS Celebrates Family Fun Night: Tales from Around the World

Elementary students from Pleasant View Christian School recently enjoyed “Tales From Around the World,” a family fun night planned for students to explore literature from all around the world.

Upon arrival, each student and their family received a passport for the evening. The Passport helped families travel worldwide visiting Germany, Jamaica, Puru, Scotland, Mexico, Ukraine, Greece, China, and Ghana. A piece of literature was chosen and displayed in each country located throughout the school.

Students were excited to pet animals from Germany, play games from Ghana, have a snowball fight in Ukraine, have spaghetti in Italy, and much more.

“I liked visiting Germany in Mrs. Howell’s room because I liked petting all the animals,” said fourth-grader Hannah W.
