Myrtle Alice Reeds, age 89 of Joelton, Tennessee, died Saturday, January 2, 2021 at St. Thomas – Midtown in Nashville.
Mrs. Reeds was born on June 18, 1931 in Ben Davis, Missouri to the late Edgar and Maude Robertson Pembrook. She was a retired editor at Randall House Publications and was later a caregiver. She faithfully served alongside her husband in his preaching ministry, and was a very active member of the Trinity Fellowship (Free Will Baptist) Church in Goodlettsville, Tennessee.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Roger Reeds; and brothers, Wesley Pembrook & Roy Pembrook.
Survivors include her sons, Tim Reeds, and Tom (Andrea) Reeds; daughters, Kathy (Billy) Brown, and Holly Anderson; sister, Clelia Pierce; grandchildren, Stephanie Anderson, Daniel (Jaclyn) Brown, Jonathan Brown, Jeffery Anderson, Adrian (Kristen) Reeds, Matthew Reeds, and Savannah Reeds; and 5 great-grandchildren.
