Mary Ola Swafford, age 86, of Charlotte, Tennessee, passed away on February 3, 2023, at NHC in Dickson, Tennessee.

Mary was born in Nashville, Tennessee, on August 21, 1936, to the late Richard and Elizabeth (Slay) Frady. She was a butcher alongside her husband at Swafford’s Custom Slaughter.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bud Swafford; daughter, Pam Creech; brother, Richard Frady; and sisters, Bea King and Nellie King. She is survived by her daughter, Beth (Troy) Young; grandchildren, D.J. Moon and Nicole Moon; and 6 great-grandchildren, Alexia, Ayden, Ava, Anthony, Aniyah and Briella.
