Marsha Kay Smiley, age 67 of Pleasant View, Tennessee, peacefully went to her final resting place to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, January 11, 2021.
Mrs. Smiley was born on November 11, 1953 in Nashville to the late Christopher and Geraldine “Gerry” Charvis. Marsha was a longtime member of Pleasant View First Baptist Church and past member of the North Cheatham Civitan.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Billy Charvis; granddaughter Deanna Briscoe; and her beloved boxer, Byrnsey.
Survivors include her husband of 35 years, Danny Smiley; sons Freddie (Andrea) Biggs, Brian (Denise) Biggs, and Daniel (Brittany) Smiley; daughter, Serena (Brian) Collingsworth; brothers Alan (DC) Charvis and Charles (Renae) Charvis; 8 grandchildren: Christopher Biggs, Kali (Dylan) Morton, Hunter Collingsworth, Peyton (Ellie) Biggs, Korey Douglas, Kaylee Biggs, Easton Smiley, and Reese Smiley; 3 great-grandchildren (Jordan Briscoe, Angel Biggs, and Wesley Morton); and her beloved cat, Miss Kitty.
