James Edward Newman, age 66, passed away on Friday, September 17, 2021, at StoneRidge Health Care in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. James was born in Nashville, Tennessee, to the late Ernest and Velma Pardue Newman.
He was a retired carpenter for State Industries.
He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Joseph Newman; brothers, Wayne, Roy and Tommy Newman; and sister, Gayle White. He is survived by his daughters, Mary (Jeff) Kane and Lisa (Jose) Lopez; brothers, Granville (Eunice) Newman, and Ricky Newman; sisters, Margaret Collier and Brenda Bennett; and 3 grandchildren, Eric Almeida, Nathan Newman and Jackson Walter Kane.
