Jacqueline “Jackie” F. (Bailey) Bullinger, age 80, formerly of Ashland City, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, August 15, 2022, in Jonesboro, Arkansas, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Hebrew, New York on May 28, 1942, to the late Henry Burch and Verna Mary (Dewey) Burch. Jackie was a devoted housewife to her husband and family.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Verna Burch; first husband, Jim Bailey; son, Michael Bailey; and granddaughter, Crystal Michelle Bailey. She is survived by her husband, Bobby Allen Bullinger; sons, Craig Bailey (Shavon), Chris Bailey (Cindy); daughter, Michelle Bailey Douglas (Michael); stepdaughter, Charlene Green (Tom); 21 grandchildren, JR, Heather, Bridgette, Robert, Jessica, Kaitlyn, Tabitha, Matthew, Logan, Brooke, Megan, Riley, Joshua, Josiah, Abigail, Jacob, Alex, Meredythe, Katie, Kali, and Korey; and a multitude of great grandchildren.
