Donald Lee Majors, age 93, of Ashland City, Tennessee, passed away June 27, 2021.
Donald was born on June 4, 1928, in Chapmansboro, Tennessee.
Donald was a member of the Mt. Hebron Church in Ashland City, Tennessee. Donald was a retired factory worker from State Industries.
He is preceded in death by his parents, J.C. Majors and Ernesta Baker; wife Carrie Lois Bell Majors; brothers Robert, Cordell, Glenn, Buford, and J.B. Majors; sister, Zenobia Pearson, and stepson Milton Bell. Donald is survived by brother Elmer Majors of Ft. Wayne, Indiana; sister in laws, Velma and Mary Majors; Daughter Melva (Tamale) Lane of Hendersonville, TN; sons Tim Majors of Hermitage, TN, Michael Majors (Michelle) of Clarksville, TN and Ronnie Majors (Carolyn) of Ashland City, TN; 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be Saturday July 3, 2021, at 1 PM in the chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home with Rev. John Dix officiating.
Burial will follow in Everest of Cheatham, LLC. In Pleasant View, TN. Visitation will be Saturday July 3, 2021, from 11 AM until the service hour of 1 PM. Serving as pallbearers will be Rico Majors, Rene’ Majors, Chester Majors, Trevor Majors, J.T. Smith, and Kris Whitsey.
