Billy Hugo Drake, age 85 of Pleasant View, Tennessee, died Sunday, February 7, 2021 at his home.
Mr. Drake was born on August 23rd, 1935 in Robertson County, Tennessee to the late R.D. and Minnie James Drake. He was a tobacco farmer and loved square dancing, Bluegrass music festivals, and attending NASCAR races. He dearly loved his family and grandchildren and was a member of Sycamore Chapel Church of Christ.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Charles E. Drake; and sister, Viola Drake Chamberlain.
Survivors include his loving wife of 59 years, Mary Joyce Drake; son, Billy “Wade” (Tish) Drake; and grandchildren, Lacey (Brad) Galbreath, and Nathaniel “Nat” Drake.
