New McDonald's Opens in Pleasant View, Bringing Modern Convenience and Community Commitment

Pleasant View welcomed a new addition to its growing business community this week with the opening of the Gray Family McDonald's, located at 6394 Highway 41A.

The locally owned and operated restaurant officially opened to customers on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, following a VIP grand opening celebration held Monday evening, November 2. The celebration brought together local leaders, community members, and special guests for an evening marking the restaurant's arrival in Pleasant View, including an official ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The new location features several modern conveniences designed to improve the customer experience, including self-service ordering kiosks, dual drive-thru lanes, and mobile ordering and payment through the McDonald's app. Beyond bringing another dining option to the community, the Gray Family has emphasized its commitment to becoming an active participant in Pleasant View's local organizations and activities.

The family, which has a history of community involvement through its restaurant operations, plans to establish relationships with area schools, sports teams, churches, and community organizations. Opportunities for fundraising, local events, and other community partnerships are expected to be part of the restaurant's ongoing outreach efforts.

Restaurant Manager Giancarlos Rivera will lead the Pleasant View location, with a focus on customer service, building relationships with local families, and supporting community involvement.

The opening adds another business to Pleasant View's commercial landscape while providing residents and visitors with a new convenient dining option along Highway 41A.
