The TSSAA A-AA Division High School State Wrestling Championships were held at the Chattanooga Convention Center on February 24, 2021 and the Girls Division competed on February 25, 2021.
Four of the eight Sycamore High School wrestlers competing finished in the top six of their respective weight class to become state medalists: Dylan Davenport 4th place (126 pounds), Logan Heckert 1st place (132 pounds), Luke London 2nd place (138 pounds), and Dalen Kimble 3rd place (152 pounds).

Of the six wrestlers from Cheatham County Central High School competing in the A-AA Division, Daniel White secured his place on the podium finishing 4th in the 152 pound weight class.
Amanda Thomason of Cheatham County Central High School finished the day in 4th place in the Girls Division. Thomason became the first freshman for Cheatham County High School to medal at the TSSAA State Wrestling Championship.
