On Tuesday, January 24, 2023, there will be an increased presence of law enforcement at Sycamore Middle School. According to Principal Robyn Miller, possible threats have been made regarding the Pleasant View middle school.
"We are working with law enforcement and district leaders to investigate these at this time," Miller said this morning in an email to parents. "We will have an increased presence of law enforcement on site this morning. When we are able to provide further information we will do so. Our priority is to provide a safe learning environment for all."
According to Miller, a nite can be sent to the school to excuse any absences relating to the threat.
