Heat Advisory Issued for Cheatham County

Cheatham County 911 has issued a heat advisory for all of Cheatham County.

With the heat index values expected to reach a scorching 105-109 degrees, people are strongly advised to stay hydrated and remain indoors where there is air conditioning. On days like these, members of the community are also encouraged to check on their neighbors.

The advisory will be in effect until 8:00pm this on Tuesday, July 16.
