Funding the Future, in partnership with acclaimed singer-songwriter Gooding, is excited to announce a special event at Sycamore High School on Friday, November 15th at 10am aimed at empowering students with essential financial literacy skills.
Through a dynamic and engaging live performance, Gooding will deliver a high-energy show that fuses original music, captivating multimedia visuals, and personal stories of triumph and resilience. This unique experience is designed to inspire students while imparting crucial lessons on personal finance, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to turn their dreams into reality.
Funding the Future is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to teaching students vital financial principles through innovative live performances at schools nationwide. Since its inception in 2014, the organization has reached over 284,000 students across 36 states, Washington D.C., and two Canadian provinces. By fostering dialogue around financial literacy between students and musicians, Funding the Future aims to prepare the next generation of leaders to make informed financial decisions, ultimately enhancing their professional and personal success.
GOODING is known for his “heart on his sleeve” live performances and for touring relentlessly through 48 states, the UK, and Canada with well over 2,000 shows under his belt.
