Cheatham County has a cumulative total of 2,831 confirmed positive COVID-19 tests as of today, December 29- up 44 from yesterday.
Recoveries/inactive cases are at 2,396- up 50 from yesterday. The active case total drops again to 411.
The number of related local deaths remains at 24.
There have been 20,584 negative tests taken to-date.
Self-testing kits are available to adults Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9AM-11AM at the Cheatham County Health Department located in Ashland City. COVID testing by health department workers will be performed Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9AM- 11AM.
No testing will be available December 31-January 1 due to the New Year holiday.
