Cheatham County Central High School hosted the 2025–2026 Boys Region 7A Wrestling Championship on Saturday, February 7, 2026. Twelve high schools were represented in the regional competition: Cheatham, Creekwood, Fairview, Glencliff, Harpeth, Hume-Fogg, Martin Luther King, Montgomery Central, Pearl Cohn, Sycamore, Tennessee School for the Blind, and Whites Creek.

The Regional Championship serves as the first step toward qualifying for the Individual State Championship. Wrestlers in each weight class aimed to finish in the top four, five, or six of their respective divisions to advance to the Section 4 Tournament, which will be held Saturday, February 14, at Millington High School in the Memphis area. Typically, only the top four wrestlers qualify; however, due to lower participation numbers in Region 8A, some weight classes from Region 7A advanced five or six wrestlers to complete the full eight-man bracket at Sectionals.
