The Lady War Eagles (5-0-1) have continued their strong season with three wins over the past couple of weeks.

First, in the September 1 game against Creek Wood, the Pleasant View ladies doubled up to take home a 10-5 win.

That win was followed by a 9-0 victory against Montgomery Central on September 8. During that game, Alex Barnhill (sr. #21) knocked in four goals—including her 116th career goal which set a new county record. In addition to Barnhill’s impressive performance, standout sophomore Cassie Groves (#20), was named Player of the Game for her midfield and defensive control. Groves also led the team in assists (3), and scored three goals.

Last night, in their non-conference game against Rossview, they pulled out a 6-2 win.

The ladies of Sycamore will hit the road for their next few games that include: Kenwood. Beech, Northwest, and Cheatham.
