Roxane Vanessa Rucker, age 47 of Pleasant View, Tennessee passed away peacefully, while surrounded by her family, Thursday, August 27, 2020 at her home.
Roxane was born on February 10, 1973 in Janesville, Wisconsin. She was a certified Pharmacy Technician and lead Pharmacy Technician at Cadiz Pharmacy for 5 years and for a short time at Tennova Hospital. When Roxane was not working, she was a very dedicated stay at home mom with her children.
Roxane was a fierce competitor and love to talk “smack” while playing board games, cards, and even while fishing with her family. She loved the outdoors. Roxane was of the Catholic faith.
She is survived by her husband, William Rucker, Sr.; son, William Rucker, Jr.; daughter, Phoenix Rucker; mother and stepfather, Deborah and Gary Maly; sister, Lisa and Nathan Somera; niece, Lola Somera; nephews, Logan & Bennett Somera, and sassy sister-in-law, Christi Rucker as well as many loving and caring aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Beginning at 6:00PM Wednesday, September 2nd at The Livery Stables at 1104 Main St in Pleasant View, TN., there will be a fellowship honoring Roxane’s life.
Following at 7:00PM, a memorial service celebrating Roxane’s beautiful impact on our lives will commence. The memorial will be followed by food and refreshments, allowing friends and family to socialize and continue to remember and celebrate the impacts she had on our lives.
