An Ashland City-based Realtor is receiving national and regional recognition.
Amanda Bell, owner of At Home Realty, was recently ranked in the “Best of” by REAL Trends, a Colorado-based firm which has been researching and analyzing the brokerage business for over 30 years.
Bell said she was beyond excited to share the #1 in Tennessee Agent Owned Brokerage in Individual Transaction and #3 in Tennessee Agent Owned Brokerage Volume. Bell had 218 transactions and over $44 million in volume for the fiscal year, according to REAL Trends data.
But that is not the only exciting news that Bell is celebrating. The Wall Street Journal for the first time ranked the Top 25 Agent Brokerages in the United States and Bell placed 22nd on the list. Her business in Cheatham County was the only one from Tennessee that received the honor.
Bell was also named to the My Nashville magazine’s Top 10 Women in Real Estate, which celebrates the best of the best in Middle Tennessee.
