La Belle Naturelle Works on Safer Skin Options, Renovations

We are all washing our hands and using hand sanitizer a lot more during the coronavirus outbreak, and a local business is offering up some better-for-your-skin options. Anna DiCarlo, owner of La Belle Naturelle, a Pleasant View beauty and skin care company that offers more than 150 made-to-order, naturally-derived products, said that her store’s handmade soaps, whether they are the foaming or bar type, have been extremely popular and continue to be a huge part of sales. Each batch is made fresh and pH tested for the skin, so it is not as drying as other soaps, DiCarlo said.

For those who are suffering from cracked knuckles and other dry hand issues, La Belle Naturelle’s brought back a very popular item from the winter, Working Hands. “This is a cream of sorts that is amazing for dry and cracked hands,” she said, and can be found in the Miscellaneous section of the website.

DiCarlo is offering hand sanitizer spray while supplies last for health care and emergency workers. “It’s 60% alcohol and infused with aloe and other goodies for an easy spray and go feel,” she said. Frontline workers can contact her for a code to save.

While online shopping remains huge, DiCarlo has taken the downtime during the shelter at home order to renovate her storefront and looks forward to showing off the new interiors to customers on May 9. Shampoo bars, soaps, and other products will be there, as well as items from other local vendors.

Be sure to stop by the store on 2515 Highway 49 in Pleasant View, Tenn. La Belle Naturelle also offers shipping and curbside pickup. Check out their website at www.labellenaturelle.net or go to their Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/lbnstorefront/.
