Youth Leadership Cheatham County is proud to announce that Sydney Denney is the recipient of the 2020 scholarship. Each year YLCC awards a $1000 scholarship to a graduating senior who has completed the program Sydney is a member of this year’s class of YLCC.
Sydney is a senior at Sycamore High School and the daughter of Darrin and Michelle Denney of Pleasant View. After graduation, Sydney plans to attend Western Kentucky University and major in Political Science and Spanish. She then wants to attend law school in hopes of practicing Criminal Law.
