The Cheatham County School District, despite pandemic related closures, is committed to providing graduation ceremonies for the Class of 2020.
"The seniors have worked hard to accomplish this milestone, and we want to celebrate their achievements," the district said in a Facebook post this evening.
The tentative rescheduled dates for graduation ceremonies are:
• Cheatham County Central High School: Wednesday, June 3
• Harpeth High School: Sunday, July 19
• Sycamore High School: Thursday, June 4
"Specific details, such as times, locations, social distancing guidelines and practices, etc., will be announced in the coming week," the post also stated.
The district's plans will reflect federal, state, and local guidelines/recommendations and are subject to change.
