Today, April 29, the Tennessee Department of Health announced that Cheatham County has a total of 42 confirmed positive COVID-19 tests- same as yesterday.
24 recoveries and zero deaths have been reported.
There have been 780 negative tests to-date, up from yesterday's 760.
