Today, April 27, the Tennessee Department of Health announced that Cheatham County has a total of 39 confirmed positive COVID-19 tests- up three from yesterday.
23 recoveries and zero deaths have been reported- same as yesterday..
There have been 756 negative tests to-date, up from yesterday's 710.
