Following pandemic-related closures, Cheatham County government will be reopening their buildings and services to the public on Friday, May 1.
The offices and the courthouse will resume regular business hours Monday-Friday 8AM- 4 PM.
Social distancing guidelines will be in place, including a six-foot separation among all individuals- including employees. Additional cleaning supplies and personal protection equipment will be provided for employees, and the buildings will be disinfected by a professional company before business resumes.
Beginning April 27, as per the guidelines set by Gov. Bill Lee’s office, restaurants will open with up to 50% dine-in occupancy.
On Wednesday, April 29, retail businesses will open up with up to 50% capacity.
