First Financial Bank confirmed today that its associate in Pleasant View, Tennessee who was tested does not have the coronavirus.
Notwithstanding, the banking center has been thoroughly cleaned based on Center for Disease Control recommendations and will reopen it’s drive-up window on Monday, March 23rd. Customers are asked to go to the Ashland location today and tomorrow.
To reduce the potential for customer and associate exposure at all 81 locations, the bank is temporarily diverting the majority of in-person banking to drive-up windows, ATMs and encouraging customers to use their online banking services. Face-to-face meetings are temporarily by appointment only.
