The Credit Union for Robertson County: COVID-19 Update


In order to exercise due diligence with regards to public health safety precautions due to the onset of the COVID-19 (novel corona virus) pandemic, it has been deemed necessary to restrict public access to ALL lobbies of The Credit Union for Robertson County.

LOBBIES WILL BE CLOSED AT ALL BRANCHES EFFECTIVE 3/19/2020.

Drive-through lanes will be open for transactions at the Memorial Branch, the StoneView Branch, the White House Branch and the Pleasant View Branch.

Locations that will be completely closed include the Electrolux Branch, NorthCrest Hospital Branch, and Robertson County Building Branch.

With concerns over the recent COVID-19 (corona virus) outbreak and the response by our government, your ability to access the funds in your account(s)

should be something you’re thinking about! If The Credit Union for Robertson County is required to restrict public access to our branches, have you

thought about how you would continue to carry out your financial business?

We have!

Here are some of the services available to you to help ensure that you have access to your funds whenever you need, day or night.

• Remote Deposit Capture -- to deposit checks to your account;

• Mobicint Online Banking -- to transfer funds between accounts or pay your bills through Online Bill Pay;

• TCURC Mobile Banking App (for Android and iOS) -- Simple, easy access to your account(s) using your smartphone or tablet; and

• E-statements
