Cheatham County 4-H offers a variety of camps and programs geared to youth of all ages and with special interests.
Junior 4-H Camp is for youth who have completed grades 4-6. This five-day resident camp will be held on May 25-29 in Columbia, Tennessee. Activities include swimming, shooting sports, group sports and recreation, fishing, nature hikes, leather craft, woodworking, T-shirt airbrushing, skits, music, and more.
The cost of Junior Camp is $340 for the week. This fee includes all meal, activities, transportation, and accommodations in brand new cabins.
Junior High Camp is for youth who have completed grades 6-8 and is similar to Junior Camp, but with more of an adventure twist. There will be offsite adventures in addition to the traditional camping activities. The cost for Junior High Camp is also $340. The dates for Junior High Camp are May 25-29 in Crossville, Tennessee.
In addition to Junior and Junior High Camp, we also offer 4-H Electric Camp for 6th & 7th graders and Culinary Camp for 6th and 7th graders.

On Friday, March 20th, Cheatham County Extension will offer a $20 discount to everyone who registers and pays in full for Junior Camp that day. We will also have the ability to process credit card payments on both the 20th and 21st of March, all other days we only accept cash or check. If paying by credit card, the cost will be $355. The UT&TSU Cheatham County Extension Office is open 7:30-4:00 daily and will have special hours on Saturday, March 21st from 8:00am to 12:00pm.
