A statewide AMBER Alert has been issued by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation on behalf of the Chattanooga Police Department for Lucy Lucas. Lucy is a 12-year-old Hispanic female with black hair, brown eyes, 4'8" tall, and 120 lbs.
Lucy was last seen at her residence in Chattanooga, TN. Lucy could possibly be in the Nashville, TN area.
