Salon Owner Helps Homeless this Holiday Season

Heather Hardwick, owner of The Shop of Pleasant View, plans to take her team of stylists to help the homeless face the anticipated frigid winter ahead.

For the sixth year now, Hardwick & company will be heading to Clarksville just before Christmas to distribute “blessing bags” to the homeless at the Manna Café- a ministry that serves people in need in Clarksville/Montgomery County through a soup kitchen on wheels, food box distribution, and other vital resources.

To make this goal possible and to make a larger impact, Hardwick is calling on the community.

To help, fill a gallon-sized Ziplock bag filled with useful and practical items like: toiletries, nonperishable snacks, Hot Hands, gloves, hats, chapstick, cash, gift cards, and toiletries.

Items can be delivered to The Shop located at 2556 Pleasant View Road before December 20.
