Pleasant View United Methodist Church will be hosting a Red Cross Blood Drive next month to honor Max Moss.
Moss had a successful 45-year career in the newspaper industry, having started a number of publications beginning when he was just 16.
He has been a prominent figure within the Pleasant View UMC family and the local community for over three decades.
On October 4, between the hours of 12:30 PM and 6:30 PM, Red Cross agents will be available at PVUMC located at 2621 Church Street in Pleasant View.
