Whether you’re interested in working at the new hotel in Pleasant View or staying there, there are many opportunities coming in a matter of weeks.
You can apply for a job at the new Hampton Inn by Hilton Pleasant View beginning in September or October, according to officials. Openings include assistant general manager, front desk, breakfast hostess, chief engineer/maintenance, executive housekeeper, houseman, and housekeeper. Pay will depend upon experience. Hotel officials will announce more details about a job fair in late fall and online applications in the coming weeks.
And, if you’re interested in booking a room, that all starts in September, hotel officials said. The 92-room hotel is taking shape, with workers installing drywall for ceilings and walls at the site.
The grand opening is slated for December. In addition to a fitness center and banquet facilities, the hotel will offer complimentary hot breakfast, free Wi-Fi, and a heated outdoor pool.
