Nearly 40 campers attended the Pleasant View Christian School (PVCS) Skills Basketball Camp on July 1st - 3rd.
The skills camp focused on fundamentals and was divided into two age brackets. Grades first through fourth practiced in the morning hours, and grades fifth through eighth met in the afternoon. The camp was lead by PVCS Varsity Coaches Brandon Roysden, Rusty Campbell, and Brandon Bell.
"We were very pleased with the turnout for our basketball camp and have already heard from a number of parents about their interest for next year. It was such a great opportunity for these students to learn some of the fundamentals, hear some basketball terminology, and be exposed to moves and drills that can help them take the next steps in their development." said Coach Roysden.
The camp is planned to be an annual event.
