Chonda Pierce, one of the country’s top-selling female comedians, will once again headline Cheatham County Central High School’s Steak Dinner and Auction.
The school will host the annual event on Saturday, April 13.
“We are so happy to have Chonda back for a fourth consecutive year. We are so appreciative of her willingness to give back to her alma mater,” said CCCHS teacher Jimmy Harden, who helps organize the event.
Pierce, a 1978 graduate of CCCHS, will perform one show this year.
Dinner will start being served at 5 p.m. and the show will follow at 7 p.m.
Tickets are now available and the cost is $30 for a single and $50 for a couple. They can be purchased from any CCCHS teacher or at the school’s front office.
Those who attend will enjoy a steak dinner with side items, dessert and a drink. The auction is from 4-6:30 p.m.
The funds raised will directly benefit CCCHS students.
