Cheatham County will be the new home to a Hampton Inn by Hilton brand hotel, located in Pleasant View at the intersection of Highway 49 and 41-A. This 92-room hotel plans to offer the brand's signature free, hot breakfast, On the RunTM free Wi-Fi in every room, an outdoor pool, and 1,500 sq. ft. of conference/event space.
The property is scheduled to break ground in October, 2018, and open in November of 2019. Being located only 20 minutes from downtown Nashville and just miles away from high-profile employers such as A.O. Smith, Lowe's Distribution Center, Google, Hankook Tires, and LG, it will be the ideal choice for travelers.
At their February 26 meeting, the Cheatham County Commission unanimously voted to approve an incentive plan that will structure the property tax for the new hotel.
