East Cheatham third graders recently celebrated their reading growth with a pancake and pajama breakfast.
More than 80% of the third grade students met their first semester W.I.G. (wildly important goal) by moving up two or more reading levels in the first semester of school.
Reading teachers Cynthia Vondohlen and Samantha Foster made pancakes for the students to celebrate this accomplishment.
